1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to register only one account. You agree not to share your account with any third party, and you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all transactions and activities conducted through your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

cc6bet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You agree that all funds deposited into your cc6bet account are your own funds, obtained legally, and not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. cc6bet does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by cc6bet. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though GCash withdrawals are typically completed in under 5 minutes.

cc6bet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. All withdrawals are subject to review for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming policies.

3.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

If you have accepted any bonus, promotion, or free spins offer, you must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before you may withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the terms of each offer. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

3.4 Payment Processing Errors

In the event of a payment processing error, system malfunction, or incorrect crediting of funds to your account, cc6bet reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your account balance accordingly. You agree to notify cc6bet immediately if you become aware of any error in your account balance or transaction history.

4. Game Rules and Fair Play

4.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the cc6bet platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. cc6bet does not manipulate game results, and all outcomes are determined solely by chance and the rules of each game. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and are independently verified by third-party testing agencies.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or manipulate outcomes
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage

Any User found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended or terminated, and all funds and winnings will be forfeited. cc6bet reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

4.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, all affected bets and game rounds will be void, and funds will be returned to the affected players' accounts. cc6bet is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions, and all decisions regarding voided games are final.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cc6bet offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated in the promotional materials for each offer.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be abused. cc6bet reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or reclaim any bonus or promotion if we determine that the bonus has been abused, or if the player has violated any term of the bonus offer. 6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Use of multiple accounts or false identity information
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotions
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, any remaining balance, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds will be forfeited. cc6bet is not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the cc6bet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the property of cc6bet or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the cc6bet platform without our express written permission.

The cc6bet name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of cc6bet. Unauthorized use of any cc6bet trademarks or branding is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cc6bet, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

cc6bet is not responsible for any technical issues, server downtime, network failures, or third-party service interruptions that may affect your ability to access or use the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities.

You agree to use the cc6bet platform at your own risk. cc6bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless cc6bet, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules, or through the courts of the Philippines, at cc6bet's sole discretion.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against cc6bet. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
